Jen Garner’s Secret To Slim Body After Baby… And It’s A Good One!

Jennifer Garner gave birth to her second child – daughter Seraphina – on December 1, 2008, and just about five months later, she’s looking great!  How did she do it?  Well, let me tell you, she has a secret weapon and I think you’re going to like her attitude…

Chocolate!  Yes, chocolate is Jen’s secret weapon!  See?  This is why I like Jennifer Garner.

Jennifer, 37, didn’t want to rush to get back into her pre-baby clothes or be too thin, so she took things slow and also has a little sweet treat when she gets a craving.

“I’m doing what I can. I try to eat in a way that makes me feel good,” she said.  “If that means a little bite of chocolate, I do that but I try not to use food as a reward for myself.

“I’m through that. ‘Oh, that was so hard. I want to have a bowl of ice cream.’  “I just try to be smart and consistent about the way I work out. If you demand of yourself to work out hard six days a week, you sooner or later say, ‘Screw it!’ I just try work out at least twice a week if I can.”

You know, I’ve done the chocolate diet before and it didn’t work.  Mind you, it may be because I ate the whole two pound slab of chocolate and not just a “bite” as Jen said.

She looks great, though!
